Bookshop Day: Kate Young presents The Little Library Cookbook
October 7, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
FREE
Guardian food writer and cook Kate Young will join us to celebrate Bookshop Day between 13.00 and 14.30 on Saturday 7th October.
Kate is the author of The Little Library Cookbook, which takes includes 100 wonderful recipes inspired by Kate’s favourite novels. Paddington Bear’s marmalade, a Neopolitan pizza with Elena Ferrante, afternoon tea at Manderley… from Before Noon breakfasts and Around Noon lunches to Family Dinners and Midnight Feasts, The Little Library Cookbook captures the magic and wonder of the meals enjoyed by some of our best-loved fictional characters.
Kate will prepare some tasty treats from the book and informally discuss the novels that inspire her cooking. What better way to mark Bookshop Day than with literature-inspired nibbles and book chat?
Signed copies of The Little Library Cookbook will be available on the day
The event is free but registration is required. PLEASE REGISTER BY CLICKING HERE.
