Join us from 15.00 on the afternoon of 28th February for a Pancake Day celebration with Great British Bake Off finalist Chetna Makan.
On the Bake Off Chetna became known for her bold use of Eastern flavours, and her approach is now documented in her bestselling recipe book Cardamom Trail: Chetna Bakes with Flavours of the East. This event will be an opportunity to taste some of Chetna’s homemade treats, to ask her for baking tips, and to buy a signed copy of Cardamom. This event is free but please register to attend here.
